- Returns: You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Please contact our customer service team via email to initiate the return process.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
Please note that sale items, swimwear, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
